Use the right Leadership Style in Different Situations!
Each team member is led differently!
Latino Alliance likes the Situational Leadership model where there are four basic leadership styles you can use in each of four basic situations. Situational Leadership works very well, and can be used with your team members, customers/clients, family members, group members, students, and just about anyone else!
Each person that you want to lead has one of four basic readiness levels based on their own needs, and designate to the leader one of the four basic situations referenced above. The savvy leader then uses the appropriate leadership style for that particular situation. Hey, this is easier than it sounds. You, as a leader, only need to be clued in to four basic situations where you use the corresponding leadership style. Using situational leadership will make you either a good leader or even a great leader, and will increase the achievements and success of your team members. As a result, you'll be leading the way toward your vision by meeting your goals faster and more efficiently.
